SSRS Home Page

Social Science Research Services, a unit of Yale ITS Academic Media & Technology, offers a range of technical support from consultation on data management strategies to highly customized projects involving data collection, analysis, design, and publication solutions. SSRS technical staff provide technical support and project management, particularly in statistical data base applications, for research projects involving complex data collection and data management tasks. SSRS provides support for the design and implementation of Internet-based data collection, access, and analysis systems.

The Social Science Statistical Laboratory (Statlab), a unit in SSRS, provides classrooms and laboratory facilities for Social Science statistical computing and a statistical information center for Social Science teaching, research and quantitative analysis; in-depth consulting for statistical software, quantitative methods, Social Science data resources, geospatial resources and analysis, and technical developments relevant to Social Science computing.
